Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and coach team members to achieve financial and guest-service goals, while delivering an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in leadership training program for 3+ weeks.
