Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Panda Express location in the United States. You will lead store operations, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage associates to meet goals.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates; ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in store leadership training program.
