Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
