Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering guest experiences.

We provide 3 or more weeks of store leadership training and mentorship from our Panda community. As a full-time Assistant Manager you will receive a generous compensation package with bonus opportunities and a range of benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet goals and deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
