As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single store, hire and guide associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training programs are provided to ensure your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associated staff to hit financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
