Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to lead shifts, manage daily restaurant operations, and support the RGM with administrative duties. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and adherence to cash control, inventory and labor standards.

You will be involved in scheduling, hiring, and coordinating with HR, accounting and payroll while promoting growth within a franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate customer-first mindset.
• Provide leadership for shifts and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and execute all restaurant administrative duties.
• Provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates at an acceptable level.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Follow cash control and security procedures; maintain inventory; manage labor; review financial reports; grow sales.
• Assist RGM with scheduling and facility maintenance.
• Interact professionally with Human Resources, accounting and payroll departments.
• Pass background check and lift 40–50 lb when needed.
