Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Follow cash control & security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports.
• Grow sales and take appropriate action in these areas when necessary.
• Assist RGM with scheduling facility maintenance needs.
• Handle people issues as they occur when the RGM is out of the restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Support the RGM by running great shifts and executing restaurant administrative duties.
• Provide leadership to ensure the restaurant can sustain day-to-day operations.
