Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in Derby, KS. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to launch your success.

The role requires flexibility for a shift-heavy schedule, strong food-safety knowledge, and willingness to relocate within 50 miles. Panda values development and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
