Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Kentucky. You will oversee staff, drive guest satisfaction, and help meet financial targets while participating in a 3+ week leadership training program.

You will hire, manage and train associates, schedule openings/closings including evenings and weekends, and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Panda provides mentorship and a structured pathway to grow your leadership and operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and performance within a single location.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Support a 3+ week leadership training program preparing you for success.
