Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program. This role requires flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, open/close shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certified food safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations of a single Panda Express location and help drive performance.
• Hire, train and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
