GPM Investments is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 8221 in Fort Gratiot, MI. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends/holidays and second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Physical readiness for store duties (cleaning, restrooms, pumps).
• Minimum age 18+ years.
• Proficient English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
