Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning, stocking, and upkeep tasks.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient English communication and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store needs.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising for full stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for proper coverage.
• Perform cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
