The role requires open availability including weekends and holidays, a valid driver’s license, and a Food Safety Certification. Growth opportunities exist toward store leadership with a strong focus on customer service and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with cleaning tasks and maintaining outside areas.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store finances.
• Provide leadership that motivates the team to excel.
