Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Huntsville area location. You will support the General Manager in delivering excellent customer service, managing food preparation, inventory, and staffing, while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will lead a team to ensure smooth operations, train staff, resolve customer issues, and contribute to store performance goals. This role also involves acting as GM in their absence and maintaining a positive, fast-paced work

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily store operations including customer service, food prep, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, enforce policies, and coach as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
• Handle customer complaints and strive for satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as GM in the GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
