Job summary

Domino's Pizza Team DAKS in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our store team. This full-time position supports the General Manager in delivering outstanding customer service, high-quality food, and efficient restaurant operations.

You will supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, and resolve customer issues. When the GM is absent, you step in as acting GM and help drive performance and growth for the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service–oriented environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to policies and providing feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to development and implementation of strategies to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
