Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing all restaurant operations including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervising and training team members, ensuring adherence to policies and coaching.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety guidelines.
• Managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to development and implementation of strategies to improve restaurant performance.
• Performing administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Acting General Manager in GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
