Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community focused on your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in store leadership training program and ongoing development.
