Job summary

Zaxbys is expanding and seeking an Assistant Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while delivering great guest experiences.

You will manage scheduling, training, coaching, and performance, driving service quality and compliance with standards. Restaurant management experience is preferred; compensation includes pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules, delegating tasks per policy and local laws.
• Coach and develop team members; drive performance and quarterly goals.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest concerns in a timely, friendly manner and escalate when needed.
