Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food. You will work with the District Manager to uphold standards and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, 1 year of AM experience in high-volume food service, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Benefits include growth opportunities and flexible scheduling in a Texan location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
