Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Convey Wingstop culture to crew and drive teamwork, enthusiasm, and dedication to brand success.
• Support staffing by assisting in recruiting and scheduling.
• Ensure guest issues are resolved promptly and guest experience remains positive.
• Help manage cash, labor, and food costs under GM guidance.
• Maintain restaurant standards and procedures, and communicate issues to leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members to sustain a high-performing restaurant.
