Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license (DL) in good standing; access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff schedules.
• Hire, train and orientate team; coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections meet standards and the fun, family environment is set.
