Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, with weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening and drug testing as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with all required documents.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a fast-paced team.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial controls and cost management.
• Create and manage staff schedules and train team members.
• Interview, hire, and orientate staff; coach and develop team.
