Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team on a fast-paced outdoor site in Bozeman, MT. You will guide a 10-15 person crew, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and help maintain the facility and equipment while handling basic admin tasks.

This role offers competitive hourly pay, weekly commissions, and a schedule of 35–45 hours per week, with strong growth opportunities into higher management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees and foster teamwork.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through friendly service.
• Assist with limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
• Train and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment rooms.
• Support in safety and operational communications in a fast-paced setting.
