Zaxby's, a fast casual restaurant chain, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee a team of 30–60 staff under a General Manager. You will help drive sales, ensure high quality food and service, and train Team Members and Shift Managers to maintain standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on supervision across day, evening, and night shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 yr. experience managing people in a restaurant environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant setting; work with kitchen and front-of-house equipment.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by delivering outstanding product and service.
• Supervise and motivate team members and managers.
• Provide training to Team Members and Shift Managers.
