Job summary

Crispy Chicken & Burgers in lower Michigan is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager and oversee daily store operations, guest service, and team coordination.

You will lead by example, promote excellence in service, manage inventory and food quality, and support sanitation and cost control to drive growth. This role requires effective decision-making, staff development, and strong communication with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• Relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties and keeping everyone updated as needed.
