Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our store team and reinforce the EVEREVE Styling Experience for every customer. You will partner with the Store Manager to uphold our HEART values and ensure engaging, personalised service on the floor.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and contribute to achieving sales and payroll goals while maintaining visual merchandising standards across the store.

Qualifications

Warm, friendly demeanor essential.
Strong leadership and coaching ability.
Ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team.
Knowledge of fashion trends and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead by example inVALUES: HEART (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
Partner with Store Manager to ensure consistent EVEREVE styling experience.
Coach and develop employees to drive customer-focused performance.
Support daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and visuals.
Drive results through styling, Trendsend, customer outreach, and payroll support.
Maintain store sales expectations and performance goals.
Lead Division of Responsibility according to volume group.
Uphold company standards and culture across the brand.
