Job summary

EVEREVE in California seeks an Assistant Manager who will lead with HEART values to uphold our styling experience and store standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure every customer receives EVEREVE's Styling Experience and to maintain brand integrity.

You will coach staff, drive sales, manage inventory and Trendsend fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with our fashion-forward customer base.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting and building a talented team.
• Maintain a strong presence on the store floor and lead by example.
• Coach and develop employees to drive success in their roles.
• Support daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Drive results through styling efforts, Trendsend, customer outreach, and payroll support.
• Meet and exceed sales expectations and contribute to division goals.
• Lead the Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
