Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead with HEART values and ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience across our stores. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop staff, uphold merchandising standards, and drive the EVEREVE Styling Experience for every guest.

The role emphasizes coaching, team leadership, and daily operations to meet store goals and support Trendsend and payroll activities.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly demeanor and ability to connect with customers and team members.
• Retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong fashion knowledge and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead with EVEREVE HEART values on the floor and in operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer.
• Coach and develop team members to uphold brand standards and heart culture.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory fulfillment, and visual merchandising.
• Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend activity, and payroll support.
• Maintain store goals and lead their division of responsibility by volume.
