EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager in Massachusetts to lead store operations and uphold our HEART values. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure every customer experiences our EVEREVE Styling Experience and to motivate a strong team on the floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, visual merchandising, inventory control, and achieving sales goals while maintaining brand integrity across all interactions.

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and fulfillment.
• Drive results through styling, Trendsend participation, and payroll support.
