Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Assist in achieving store financial goals and motivate the team.
