You will collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed. This role supports scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience
• Passion for brand, customers and teams
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments
• Teamwork, flexibility and courtesy in tasks
• Problem-solving and adaptability in uncertainty
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and maximize profitability
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling)
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative work environment for all associates
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections
• Develop engaging community events to build loyalty
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed
