Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends sales strategy with hands-on store leadership.

You will oversee daily operations, open/close, drive customer service, and use product knowledge to elevate the brand on the floor. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, organize schedules and payroll, manage omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while analyzing reports to improve performance.

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory, customer-facing experience.
• Strong customer focus and fashion knowledge.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
