EVEREVE in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our HEART culture on the sales floor. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience and ensure every customer is seen and connected with.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, maintain store standards, manage operations and inventory, and drive Trendsend styling and customer outreach. If you embrace fashion, people, and growth, this role offers strong development within our growing brand.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team and uphold OUR HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Support recruiting to build a team aligned with HEART culture.
• Maintain a strong on-floor presence and stay current with fashion trends.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by company and Store Manager.
• Coach and develop employees to drive customer service and performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising standards.
• Drive results through personal and team styling, Trendsend, order fulfillment, and payroll support.
• Meet sales goals and manage division of responsibility by volume group.
