CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in delivering a high-energy guest experience at Chuck E. Cheese locations. You’ll supervise daily operations, support scheduling, and uphold standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

This role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and driving sales while controlling costs; you’ll rotate across AOI areas like Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom to build broad leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator for at least six months.
• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds; stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
