Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese Assistant Manager role at CEC Entertainment, LLC requires leading a high-energy team to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales while managing costs and operations across AOIs such as Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, schedule shifts, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced family entertainment environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact AOI in one of four areas and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
