Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI area (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom) and rotate through each over time.
