Located at 6112 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22044, we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Spa Manager. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership experience, are responsible, driven, and passionate about team performance. Prior spa or membership-driven sales experience is a plus but not required. Our goal is to deliver a world-class experience to our members and guests, with Assistant Managers playing a key role in setting the tone, coaching staff, driving sales, and growing the business.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and members
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals
• Manage daily front desk operations
• Assist in managing sales performance and key metrics
