Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Falls Church, located at 6112 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22044, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a pathway to future management roles. Compensation Package: Our competitive package includes an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 based on performance.
As a GMIT, you will:
- Achieve performance goals related to membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in overall business management
- Train, coach, and monitor team members
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Educate clients on services and enhancements
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative tasks like sales reporting and cash handling
The schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
Role Requirements
