KnitWell Group's Ann Taylor Factory in Vero Beach seeks an Assistant Manager to elevate customer experience and build a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, cultivate genuine connections, and coach associates to embody brand behaviors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities
