Job summary

Chico's in Traverse City, MI is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a welcoming, personalized shopping experience. You will drive sales, coach associates, hire and develop talent, and collaborate across channels to reflect our hospitality culture.

This role requires 18+ years old, with 3 years of retail management preferred, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
