Chico's is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0632 at The Shops at Coconut Point in Estero, FL. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on the sales floor, and help create a welcoming, customer‑centric environment.

You will drive community connections, manage inventory and daily replenishment, and uphold brand standards with an omni‑channel approach. This role requires flexibility and leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
