Chico's is hiring an Assistant Manager in Peachtree City, GA to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a concierge customer experience. The role emphasizes community outreach, events, and brand-aligned hospitality on the sales floor.

You will assist in hiring, coaching, and developing associates, while maintaining an inspiring store environment and ensuring efficient store operations, including inventory management and daily replenishment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
