Chico's in Kingwood, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a welcoming, customer-focused experience.

You will help hire, develop, and coach associates, lead on the sales floor, and drive in-store and online channel excellence while maintaining brand standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
