Mr. Magic Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pittsburgh to lead daily operations, supervise attendants, and drive membership sales. You will mentor the team, manage scheduling, and ensure top customer service while keeping equipment and the site compliant and well organized.

Qualifications

1+ years in team leadership or supervisory roles with customer-facing sales experience.
Experience coaching and developing staff; ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Assist Site Manager in daily operations, scheduling, customer service, inventory, and safety.
Supervise car wash attendants, coach performance, and step up as acting manager when needed.
Promote membership programs and support achievement of sales targets.
Lead training and onboarding of new hires to drive continuous improvement.
Deliver exceptional service, resolve customer concerns, and maintain a clean, safe site.
Collaborate with leadership on site planning, promotions, and operational improvements.
