Mr. Magic Car Wash in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring an Assistant Manager to run daily operations, mentor the team, drive membership sales, and support the Site Manager to deliver a world‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of team leader and/or supervisory/management experience
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales or sales management experience
• Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Open Availability, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory
• Lead and coach attendants to ensure exceptional service and adherence to policies
• Promote Mr. Magic’s membership programs and support sales goals
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized site and manage supplies
• Collaborate with leadership on promotions and operational improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
