Mr. Magic Car Wash in Morgantown, WV is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, mentor the team, drive membership sales, and step up as the leader when the Site Manager is off-site.

The role requires a high-energy, efficient leader with a passion for service and growth, able to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of team leader and/or supervisory/management experience.
• Must have 1+ years of customer-facing sales or sales management experience.
• Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Open Availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Supervise and coach a team of car wash attendants to ensure exceptional service, professionalism, and adherence to policies; step in as shift leader or acting manager when needed.
• Actively promote Mr. Magic’s membership programs; coach team members on sales techniques; contribute to sales goals.
• Participate in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; handle concerns with empathy and professionalism; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and organized site; monitor equipment; ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; manage supplies and chemicals.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and District Manager on planning, promotions, and improvements; analyze dashboards and metrics to inform decisions.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisors.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with leadership: Partner with the Site Manager and District Manager on site planning, promotional activities, and operational improvements. Analyze sales dashboards and operational metrics to inform decisions.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisors.
