Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a supervisory- level candidate for a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations, schedule staff, manage payroll, and train non-management team members while demonstrating strong product knowledge and brand alignment.

You will lead merchandising, drive sales, analyze reports, protect assets, and handle omni-channel orders, contributing to a culture that reflects ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO.'s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
