Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager in Urbana, OH. You will handle credit and collections to support store growth and deliver white-glove customer service in homes and stores.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and merchandising to keep a welcoming storefront. Requirements: 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record - You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts on a daily basis.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products while following procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
