Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to ensure access to high-quality goods for customers and to deliver exceptional service both in-store and at customers’ homes. The role emphasizes credit/collections, customer service excellence, and hands-on delivery support.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Ability to lift/move product and drive company vehicle when required.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
