Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to positively influence growth by managing collections and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves in-store responsibilities as well as coordinating deliveries and pickups to customers’ homes.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and are 18 or older with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to drive company vehicles and lift/move products.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: contact customers and collect on accounts daily.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, clean store environment for customers and coworkers.
